Ryan Hughes, AICP - Principal / Owner  

A native of the northwest, Ryan earned his degree in Urban & Regional Planning from Eastern Washington University. He holds a Master's in Economic Development from Eastern University in St. David's, PA as well. A member of  American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP), his municipal planning experience includes work at city and county levels in both Washington and Oregon. His passion is working with property owners and neighborhood communities, achieving positive outcomes to their development goals.

 

 

Paul Weller, AICP - Senior Planner  

Paul earned his civil engineering degree from Brigham Young University as well as a dual master’s degree in Urban & Regional Planning and Public Administration.  He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) and the Urban Land Institute.  His planning experience includes jurisdictional coordination, infrastructure development and environmental assessments. He has managed various emergency management and utility plans for several different public agencies in Washington State.
